Shipping And Delivery

VIOLA S.r.l. ships to Italy and Europe via BARTOLINI, TNT and FEDEX, non-European countries via FEDEX or DHL. In accordance with international Import/Export laws, the shipped goods are accompanied by an official invoice stating the total value of the goods purchased in Euros. The invoice indicates the value of each individual item purchased.

VIOLA S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Orders related to available goods, upon confirmation of the availability of the goods and verification of the bank transaction, are shipped the day after the order is received. The amount of transactions made with credit card is charged immediately when the order is processed. In all cases, VIOLA S.r.l. reserves the right to postpone the shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond its control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in shipping.

FAILED DELIVERY 

If for any reason an order is not delivered to the Customer's address due to the customer's lack of cooperation (wrong phone number, wrong address, missing address, failure to comply with import regulations), the courier will make at least one second attempt; if this also fails, the package will be returned to Viola srl, which will immediately issue a refund upon receiving the package, retaining €5 for handling fees, and shipping costs incurred during the order phase may not be refunded. 

In the event that the package is lost due to the courier, Viola srl, after conducting the necessary checks, will issue a refund to the customer equal to the total amount of the order.
