If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their order, the items can be returned for size or colour. The refund can be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

- Viola S.r.l. will not accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items (unless it is a manufacturing defect).

- The consumer customer is solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

- To exchange an item for another, you will need to return it for a refund and then make a new purchase.

To proceed with the return it will be necessary to follow the procedure described below:

  1. Send an email tocustomercare@viola1964.com specifying if you want to change the size, color or receive a refund.
  2. Viola1964.com reserves the right to request, if deemed necessary, a photograph of the product to verify its condition in order to accept or reject the return.
  3. The item must be returned intact, in the same condition in which it was delivered: there must be no signs of wear, stains or damage of any kind and, in the case of shoes, they must not appear marked in any way, including the soles.
  4. The returned item must be returned if possible packed and in the same packaging in which it was delivered.
  5. The customer is free to use his own courier ein this case, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment, and in this case, no expenses will be deducted from the final refund.
  6. The return is NOT free, 5 will be deducted from the final refund for orders received from Italy, 15 for orders received from Europe and 30 for orders received from non-European countries. Furthermore, if incurred, the shipping costs incurred during the order will not be refunded.te.
