Standard Shipping

ITALY

GLS Standard: 1-2 days (Shipping costs are €5, or free over € 500)

EUROPE

UPS Standard: 1-5 days (Shipping costs are €12, or free over € 500)

REST OF THE WORLD

Ups Saver: 2-3 days (Shipping costs are € 30, or free over € 500)

ITALY

Shipping costs are € 5, or free over € 500

If you want to return a purchase using our GLS services, a shipping contribution is required (5€) and it will be deducted from the final refund.


EUROPE

Shipping costs are €12, or free over € 500

If you want to return a purchase using our UPS services, a shipping contribution is required (15€) and it will be deducted from the final refund.

REST OF THE WORLD

Shipping costs are €30, or free over € 500

If you want to return a purchase using our UPS services, a shipping contribution is required (30€) and it will be deducted from the final refund.


Also in case of return, please note that duties and taxes will be deducted from the final payment.

Our Shipping costs are flat and there are no extra costs at delivery (Except Customs fees and VAT if your country requires it). 

UPS is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our Italian warehouse. Our warehouse is closed for these Holidays and orders will be processed from monday to friday.

Orders made on week end will be shipped on the next monday.

Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

VIOLA srl delivers all over the world via UPS. 

In accordance with the international laws of Import / Export, the goods shipped are accompanied by an official invoice which states the total value of goods purchased in Euros. 

The invoice shows the value of each item purchased.

VIOLA srl He can not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond its control.

Orders are processed for shipment by VIOLA Srl Monday through Friday 11: 00-05: 30 (CET). 

Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Orders for available goods, are subjected to confirmation of availability of goods and verification of transaction banking, are shipped the day after receipt of the order. The amount of transactions made with credit card is charged immediately when the order is processed and following an audit of the transaction by the Bank. In all cases, VIOLA S.r.l. We reserve the right to delay the delivery if the order can not be dispatched for reasons beyond its control. Please note that during promotions and balances may be some delays in delivery.

If for any reason, an order is not delivered to the address of the CUSTOMER for the lack of cooperation by the CUSTOMER itself (incorrect phone number, wrong address, address absent, non-compliance of imports) as trade agreements, the package may be sent back to Italy at the expense of the CUSTOMER itself, including the import taxes. 

These charges will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

CAN I CHOOSE A DELIVERY DATE/TIME?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time. 
You can try to contact the UPS (03457 877 877) directly to organize a possible delivery date.
