Your return will be secured in case of theft or loss during transport.

You can only ship your return from the country where you made the order. WARRANTY GAME must not be tampered with, broken or cut in any way. Otherwise, will not accept the yield.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you and the refund will not be made.

When the return is accepted the refund will be made and you will receive a confirmation email. However, if a previously unpublished item has been made for the reasons set out above, then a refund of 10% of the expense will be deducted if the return is accepted.

We usually work and accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation e-mail.

The timing of refund depending of choosing payment method:

Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation e-mail. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation e-mail.

In case the customer is not satisfied, once he/she received the items, Viola S.r.l. allow to withdrawal, change the size or return the purchased item within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, provided that the item has not been used or damaged. Viola S.r.l. will not accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items (unless it is a flaw).
It is not allowed to change an item with another one; you can only change the size. To exchange an item with another, you need to return it for a refund and then make a new purchase.

If for any reason the customer is unsatisfied with an order, items can be returned for size or color change. 
The refund can be claimed within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
To proceed to the goods return to VIOLA Srl you need to follow the steps below:
-Send an email to specifying if you want to change size, color or receive a refund. may request, if deemed necessary, a photograph of the product to check its status in order to accept or not accept the return.
- The goods must be returned intact, in the same condition they delivered: there should be no signs of wear, stains or damage of any kind and, if it were shoes, must not appear marked in any way, soles included.
-The goods must be returned and possibly packed in the same packaging in which they were delivered, filling the packing list inside the pack itself.
The customer is free to use its own carrier but in this case the shipping costs will be on customer charge.
Otherwise, will not accept the return.
In case of a not previously accepted for the above reasons return, an amount equal to 10% of the expenditure incurred will be deducted from the refund, in case returned goods are still accepted.
The return shipment, with our BARTOLINI services, includes a contribution of 5€ will be deducted from the final refund.
The return shipment, with our BARTOLINI services, includes a contribution of 15€ will be deducted from the final refund.


The return shipment, with our UPS services, includes a contribution of 30€ will be deducted from the final refund.

Also, in case of return, any extra customs fees and local taxes paid will be deducted from the refund
